Maintenance customers receive 15% off repair costs and priority scheduling. If something happens to your system and you need us to come out, we guarantee we will be at your home within 24 hours. We make sure our maintenance customers always have access to an appointment, especially for emergencies.
Why should I get maintenance on my systems?
No matter how young or old your system is, regular maintenance is extremely important. Maintenance improves the overall health and longevity of your system. How often should I get a maintenance visit?
Maintenance visits should be performed about every six months: once during the heating season, when you’re using your heat, and again during the cooling season, when you’re using your air conditioning. Different services are provided during each visit, since your system has different needs depending on the season.
How much is a service call?
We offer 24/7 service. During regular office hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, the service fee is $115. For immediate after-hours service with our on-call technician, the service fee is $195.
