The Classic Comfort team once again proved why they are some of the best in the area! They were able to get us a fair price on a Trane furnace. They worked with us to get it installed before the storm. They continued to provide great service with personalized smart thermostat setup. Communication was great throughout. Highly recommended! Very impressed with the service of this company. I texted with them about installing a new thermostat because ours stopped responding to touch right before a big sleet/ice storm. They quickly gave me a quote via text. Our normal HVAC provider refused to give a quote over the phone, saying that they needed to send a tech first to look at things despite being the ones who installed all parts of our HVAC system originally. Despite it being extremely cold and the roads being bad, Classic Comfort put us on their schedule just one business day after my request for a quote. They were delayed (reasonably due to emergency situations) but kept in touch throughout the day. Excellent communication. Our tech, Wesley, did an excellent job of installing the new thermostat and then noticed our furnace heat didn't feel right. He checked things out and diagnosed and repaired a furnace issue that had been there since it was installed a year ago, that we were told by the installer was "normal". Now we have a new thermostat, a warm house in teen temperatures, and a new HVAC company. Highly recommend. Read Less

Classic Comfort did an excellent job for me! Paul (the service tech) was very professional and understanding and surely knew what he was doing. I had no heat and my system wouldn't come on. He came out, found the problem, called in and talked to Kevin (parts) to order the motor I needed. Kevin researched and found out my unit was still under warranty and the motor was covered. What a blessing! They were able to get the new motor that day (which in the beginning it was going to take a few days) and was installing it the very next morning. I would recommend Classic Comfort in Powhatan VA all day long. Thank you for providing me excellent service all around, from the office crew to the tech and parts crew and for fixing my issue promptly and without costing an arm and leg.
