My husband is employed by a local builder and is familiar with Classic Comfort and their work. He immediately thought to call them first when we began experiencing heat pump issues recently. Paul, the young man who arrived at our home today, is proficient, courteous and knowledgeable. He made certain the heat pump was in good working order, and explained in detail what he had done to remedy the cooling issue (and why), before leaving. We recently needed to replace our 17-year old HVAC system. We looked at a number of systems to determine which best fit our needs. Classic Comfort’s Trane system was the clear winner. They did an excellent job explaining the options and answering our questions. Once we made our decision the new system was installed within a week.
