Classic Comfort did an excellent job for me! Paul (the service tech) was very professional and understanding and surely knew what he was doing. I had no heat and my system wouldn't come on. He came out, found the problem, called in and talked to Kevin (parts) to order the motor I needed. Kevin researched and found out my unit was still under warranty and the motor was covered. What a blessing! They were able to get the new motor that day (which in the beginning it was going to take a few days) and was installing it the very next morning. I would recommend Classic Comfort in Powhatan VA all day long. Thank you for providing me excellent service all around, from the office crew to the tech and parts crew and for fixing my issue promptly and without costing an arm and leg. I purchased an inverter dual fuel heat pump from Classic Comfort LLC. The purchase process , communication went very well. The installation was superb.
