HVAC Customer Reviews Proudly Servicing Powhatan, Richmond, Midlothian, Chesterfield, VA & Surrounding Areas

I had a great experience with Classic Comfort when they installed an outdoor air conditioning unit at my home several months ago. They returned to test and maintain the system recently. Highly professional staff. The price was the best offer and the best value with a more extended warranty and follow up. This is definitely my go to company for all my HVAC needs. Read Less

Have had 3 mini-splits installed in the last year, plus service for house unit. Great service. Very pleasant office staff and very reliable service technicians. I’ve had the honor of meeting 3 different technicians and 2 apprentices. Would highly recommend. They were recommended to us, by a Master electrician who did an estimate for me. We are new homeowners in Cumberland, after relocating from Florida. Didn’t have any knowledge about businesses in the area, so we went off of referrals from other businesses. Read Less

HVAC replacement. I got 3 quotes. Classic Comfort was the middle quote, but I was impressed by the technician who came by to look at the existing system and his proposal. The installation went well and the system now operates well. I look forward to a long relationship with Classic Comfort Read Less

Had to replace a 16 year old system. Classic Comfort made it easy. I have had 4 systems installed in 3 different houses, I won’t use anyone else! They are priced fairly and if they have issues they take responsibility and make it right. Highly recommend! Read Less
