Excellent work, excellent communication; excellent professionalism; did NOT upsell me on my extensive HVAC project; collaborated during our project with the electricians I hired to do the companion work, and gave a great recommendation for an insulation specialist. My husband is employed by a local builder and is familiar with Classic Comfort and their work. He immediately thought to call them first when we began experiencing heat pump issues recently. Paul, the young man who arrived at our home today, is proficient, courteous and knowledgeable. He made certain the heat pump was in good working order, and explained in detail what he had done to remedy the cooling issue (and why), before leaving. Monica, I just wanted to thank you, Bobby and the two techs that did my install yesterday. Your help with getting Bobby out there fast and keeping me updated with everything that was going on. The best communication I have had with HVAC company. Bobby for taking the time to listen to all the problems I have had in the past with my systems and for taking the time and effort to find a 2.5 ton unit that would fit in my space available. I have lived in that house for almost 30 year (November this year) and knew something was wrong, but nobody would listen to me or take the time. Even though it was not hot yesterday I could tell as soon as they turned the unit on, I could tell the difference in air flow. I am excited to see what it going to be like in the heat of the summer. The two techs yesterday were awesome. Very nice and polite answered all my questions and did a great job, you could not even tell they had been there. Thank you very much again. The best of the best. Set my new Trane heat pump up the way I have always wanted. Automatically rolls to my oil furnace at 40 degrees in the winter. I should be comfortable all winter long. All the technicians were polite and experts in the install. They were recommended by my son as they had installed a heat pump for him and as an engineer himself, he was very impressed!!! Read Less

We recently needed to replace our 17-year old HVAC system. We looked at a number of systems to determine which best fit our needs. Classic Comfort’s Trane system was the clear winner. They did an excellent job explaining the options and answering our questions. Once we made our decision the new system was installed within a week. The installation crew did a great job installing and educating us on the features of the new system. We are very pleased to now be enjoying our new system and highly recommend Classic Comfort.
