I purchased an inverter dual fuel heat pump from Classic Comfort LLC. The purchase process , communication went very well. The installation was superb. Excellent work, excellent communication; excellent professionalism; did NOT upsell me on my extensive HVAC project; collaborated during our project with the electricians I hired to do the companion work, and gave a great recommendation for an insulation specialist. Matthew Riffell did a fantastic job of diagnosing system and thermostat issues we were having. He even helped me make a change to our dual fuel system over the phone while he was on another job.
