I had a great experience with Classic Comfort AC. They were super professional at all times. The installation was smooth without issues. They were very careful around our home. They did not cause any damage. They carefully removed the old hvac without any issues or messes. They were able to install the new system smoothly without any hesitation or delays. Cameron and his helper were on time and were very careful in removal of the old and replacement of a new heat pump. They were prompt and arrived at the appointed time. Paul came to install a new thermostat after much troubleshooting as our old thermostat was not communicating with the new system. Zak and Richard were very knowledgeable and professional with our Trane 4 Ton - 18 SEER2 Ultimate heat pump and air handler installation. The quote and installation went seamlessly and they provided everything that they quoted. The install took about 7 hours and they brought everything they needed on the first trip. When they were done the old equipment was hauled away and they cleaned up the way we expected them to. We chose Classic Comfort because they were recommended by a contractor that we know and we are very happy that we found out about them. We would definitely recommend them to our friends. Read Less
