At Classic Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning, we service all makes and models of HVAC equipment. This includes heat pumps, air conditioners, gas furnaces, programmable and non-programmable thermostats, humidifiers, high efficiency air cleaners and other various indoor air quality features.

By offering convenient heating and air system maintenance contracts, we are able to provide customers with seasonal diagnostics and treatments for proper equipment function on residential and commercial systems.

We offer 24-hour emergency service and are pager- and radio-dispatched, enabling us to send a technician to your home or business as soon as possible. Our service vehicles are well stocked every day with parts for all makes to help ensure prompt repairs for any of your heating and cooling needs - day or night.

We will customize any duct system to meet the needs of your new or existing home. Our skilled sheet metal mechanics allow us to complete ductwork in a timely and professional manner.

Classic Comfort Proposes To: Each Spring Before Air Conditioning Season

  1. Check all electrical connections for loose or burnt wires.
  2. Inspect indoor and outdoor unit coils. Clean if needed.*
  3. Inspect all air filters.
  4. Inspect fan motors. Lubricate if required.
  5. Check thermostat operation and calibration.
  6. Inspect drain pans and condensate lines. Clean if needed.
  7. Check Freon levels.
  8. Make sure outdoor unit is free from debris.
  9. Inspect blower wheel. Clean if needed.
  10. Record temperature drop across indoor unit.

    * Coils must be accessible extra charges may apply for non-accessible coils.

Classic Comfort Proposes To: Each Fall Before Heating Season
